The library will be closed Tuesday, March 10th and Wednesday, March 11th.   Beginning Thursday, March 12th, the new hours will be Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Next Board Meeting

The next regular meeting for the Ainsworth Memorial Library Board of Trustees will be on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 6:30 pm.

The meeting will be held at the library (6064 South Main Street) and is open to the public.

Special Board Meeting

A special Board of Trustees meeting will be held on Friday, March 20th at 6:30 PM.

The Board of Trustees will hold their regular meetings on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30 PM.

::Emergency Closings::



The closing of the library may be required by natural, mechanical or other emergencies;

these situations will be handled as follows:

The responsibility for closing the library rests with the Library Director or her designee.

In the event of an emergency situation, the Library Director shall consult whenever possible the President of the Board of Trustees or an officer as soon as possible as the reason for such closing.

All closings are posted on News 9 Syracuse, on our Facebook page, and website.

We are currently seeking new Trustees for the board. Trustees must be a resident in the town of Sandy Creek.

Meetings run monthly with the occasional special meeting.
